Metabolism-X is your quick and easy to use evaluator of your metabolic state.
Based on your weight,height,gender,work and your actual caloric uptake it gives back to you essential yet easy to understand data.
You are presented:
-Your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). The amount of energy, your body consumes in a resting condition
-Your BMR+Work.
-Your BMR+Work+Sports. If you provided the app with your amount of daily exercise, this figure will be different from the two beforementioned figures and represents your total daily energetic needs.
(All figures are given in kcal and joule.)
-The gram amounts for each macronutrient (protein,carbohydrates,fat) to be consumed to reach your total daily caloric figure.

If you do sports, you can select from a myriad of different exercises. Select only one or combine different exercises. Choose the daily time, you spend with an exercise and you are ready to go.
The app calculates accordingly your total daily caloric figure(BMR+Work+Sports) and updates all linked figures immediately.
-The BMI (Body Mass Index) chart provides you with an intuitive graphical representation of your current BMI. In the BMI your weight is set into relation to your height and gives information about your physical condition, it then is plotted into the corresponding area of the chart.
It eiher is plotted into the green area which gives a hint towards a health contributing state, or into the more critical yellow/red area.
-If you provide the app with your actual daily kcal or kjoule amount, the app will draw additionally predicted BMI values of the coming 4 weeks into the chart. This prediction is done on the basis of your energetic input/output ratio.

Metabolism-X furthermore provides you with an easy to use target calculator. For this the app provides you with 3 target fields (Days,Weight target, BMI target). Fill out one of the fields, e.g. the BMI target, and the app calculates based on your personal profile how long it will take you to reach that BMI and what your weight then will be.
Of course you can provide anyone of these fields, they work in any combination.
